Geodetic control network for the "Čoka Rakita" project
Location: Rakita, near Bor
Premer Savković d.o.o. has established the geodetic control network for the "Čoka Rakita" project at the Rakita site near Bor, for the client DPM Crni Vrh. The works covered the stabilization and measurement of the project's primary geodetic network, through several long GNSS static observation sessions on SREF points of the national reference network and on the project network points.
Based on the measurements and the network adjustment, the project coordinate system and its link to the State Coordinate System were defined. The established network serves as the geodetic basis for setting out the structure and for monitoring ground and structural displacement during construction.
Drone LIDAR Survey — Inđija Health Centre
Location: Inđija, Serbia
An aerial photogrammetric and LIDAR drone survey was carried out for the preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the Health Centre in Inđija. The survey was flown with a DJI platform equipped with a Zenmuse L3 LIDAR sensor, capturing both a laser-scanned point cloud and high-resolution imagery of the entire complex and its immediate surroundings in a single mission.
The survey produced a dense, high-accuracy point cloud, from which an orthophoto, a digital terrain model and a 3D representation of the buildings and all surrounding features were derived — roads, parking areas, vegetation and full elevation modelling of the terrain. The resulting dataset gives the design team accurate, up-to-date base data without the need for repeated site visits.
Aerial LIDAR survey of a power line route
Location: Western SerbiaAn aerial LIDAR survey was carried out along the route of a planned power line, roughly 42 km long. The data was used to build a digital terrain model and analyze the corridor, with a point cloud density that allows precise positioning of pole locations and assessment of vegetation within the corridor.
Setting-out design project — industrial zone
Location: LazarevacA geodetic setting-out design was produced for a new production hall, aligned with the cadastral data and defining all reference points needed by the contractor.
Foundation check — residential complex
Location: Novi BeogradAfter the building's foundations were completed, our engineering team carried out a geodetic check and produced a report confirming compliance with the designed building line, confirming the correct position to the investor before construction continued.
3D laser scanning of a factory hall
Location: BelgradeA latest-generation terrestrial scanner was used to build a 3D model of a production hall and the surrounding infrastructure. The result is a detailed point cloud that lets the investor plan reconstruction work without further site visits.
