Premer Savković d.o.o. has established the geodetic control network for the "Čoka Rakita" project at the Rakita site near Bor, for the client DPM Crni Vrh. The works covered the stabilization and measurement of the project's primary geodetic network, through several long GNSS static observation sessions on SREF points of the national reference network and on the project network points.
Based on the measurements and the network adjustment, the project coordinate system and its link to the State Coordinate System were defined. The established network serves as the geodetic basis for setting out the structure and for monitoring ground and structural displacement during construction.
An aerial LIDAR survey was carried out along the route of a planned power line, roughly 42 km long. The data was used to build a digital terrain model and analyze the corridor, with a point cloud density that allows precise positioning of pole locations and assessment of vegetation within the corridor.
A latest-generation terrestrial scanner was used to build a 3D model of a production hall and the surrounding infrastructure. The result is a detailed point cloud that lets the investor plan reconstruction work without further site visits.
After the building's foundations were completed, our engineering team carried out a geodetic check and produced a report confirming compliance with the designed building line, confirming the correct position to the investor before construction continued.
A geodetic setting-out design was produced for a new production hall, aligned with the cadastral data and defining all reference points needed by the contractor.
A static GNSS survey of a network of reference points was carried out, followed by post-processing of the data and a full geodetic works report for the investor.
Our team carried out a terrestrial survey of the construction site and surrounding infrastructure, producing an up-to-date site plan to help track the progress of the works.
